When you request account closure, we freeze new deposits immediately. Any balance remaining in your wallet is paid out to your registered withdrawal method within one business day. We keep your account data and full transaction history for 12 months after closure to handle any disputes or regulatory enquiries.

Your username is permanent and cannot be changed once your account is created. You can add or remove deposit methods — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — anytime in your Account > Payment Methods page. Bank account details linked to your withdrawal method may be updated with support verification.
